SHIPPING POLICY

When returning merchandise that was purchased on our website, any shipping costs paid on the order are not refunded and if purchased with free shipping customer needs to bear returning goods
shipping cost. A refund will only be applied for the exact amount paid for the merchandise. 
If there was an issue with your order, such as missing, damaged or wrong items received, you can use the chat feature at the bottom of this page or call BW Clothing Customer Service at (305) 767-
4055. 
Note: Due to the Covid-19 we will returns only unused goods till further announcement.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  1. To return your BWMASK.net order via mail, you will need to start by writing a Return Request via email at info@bwclothing.net included in your shipment.

  2. Next, you’ll need to pack the merchandise in a sturdy box. BW Clothing does not provide return shipping labels. To return merchandise, you’ll need to send your items, including all merchandise tags to the following address

  3. Return Center Address:  3447 NW 19 TH ST FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33311

  4. If you need help BW Clothing to generate the return label/labels there will be a $5.00 flat cost to plus cost of shipment according to the State and City you will be shipping from and this amount need to pay upfront before generate the label/labels and it could takes about 12-24hours.
